Click the Effective Date in the Desktop Client status bar.

Click On to select a specific date and time at which to view data in the database.
When you change the effective date, the software clears all views in the Desktop Client.

Click Now to view the current data.

Select a time using a 24-hour clock.

When you set the effective date to a date in the past, you cannot change the data. You can only view the data that was valid at that point in history.
