The publishing of snapshot revisions is controlled by the presence of the ISPFAuthPublishableDocumentVersion interface definition. In the delivered model, the interface is a required realizes relationship, so the functionality is available by default.
There is a new method for Publish Snapshot called FrameworkPublishAuthDoc. This method uses the existing FrameworkPublishRHM client API. There is a condition on this method that checks to see if there are snapshot files attached to the data sheet document. If there are no files attached, then the method is not available. The method is only available if the snapshot files have been generated and are attached to the document.
