You cannot include tags created in an authoring domain in tag registers until they are published to the MTRPublishing domain and consolidated into the CDW domain with tag data from other SmartPlant Enterprise authoring tools. After the tags are published and consolidated, the consolidated tags are automatically associated with the respective authoring unit. Using the consolidated tags, you can create your tag register for handover. When you generate tag registers with published tags, rather than authored tags, the generated register contains the engineering data about the tags that already exist in the CDW domain.
Allows you to search for the tags in the CDW domain.
Number – Allows you to search for the tag by adding criteria for the tag number.
Description – Allows you to search for the tag by providing some criteria for the description of the tag.
Status – Allows you to query for tags by their status.
Class – Allows you to search for tags by their class definition.
Based on register document - Allows you to search for tags associated with a specific register document. You can select the register document from the Register Document list.
The properties defined in the view definition associated with the selected register
document are displayed after you select the document. You can edit the value of the
criteria of a property.
