Right-click the object, and click Terminate.
Terminating an object changes its status to Terminated without removing it from the database. Terminating objects, instead of deleting them,
allows you to continue to see the history of the object after termination. You can
view the history of a terminated object by changing the effective date of the database
to a time before the object was terminated.
