Click File > New > Line List > Line List.

In the New line list dialog box, provide the name and description for the new line list.

Click Finish.

Click Find > Line List > Line List Records, and search for the line list records you want to associate with the new line list.

Select the line list records, and drag them onto the new line list object displayed in the New Items window.

Create a line list record document and associate line lists. To create, select the line list, right-click and click Line List > Create Line List Record Document.

In the New Create Line List Record Document dialog box, provide required information and click Finish. The line lists will be associated with the line list record document.
A single line list record cannot be associated with multiple line lists, but multiple line list records can be associated with one line list.
