-
Click Add Criteria .
-
In the Criteria Definition page, type the criteria to add to the property in the Add new criterion field.
-
Click Add .
-
Select the condition to add to the criteria from the Condition list.
The conditions vary depending on the criteria selected, so a good working knowledge of the properties in the system, and what the user wants to display, is needed as a prerequisite for adding the correct criteria.
-
Click Finish to add the property condition and criteria to the criteria list.
Repeat this action to add further criteria and conditions for the property.
-
Click Next to close the Criteria Definition page.
-
In Define Criteria and Prompts page, click Prompt check box against a property so a check mark appears. You are prompted to select a value each time the graphic report runs.
When a prompt is set, a user can display different data without having to create another chart report. For example, you can choose to display all pumps with a flow rate condition set to Less than 10 meters a second, or to display all pumps with a flow rate condition set to Equal to or greater than 10 meters a second.
