Click File > New > Collaboration > Picture.

In the New Picture dialog box, in the Main details section, enter the name in the Name box.

In the Note/Comment section, enter the information in the Long Notes box.

Enter the information in the Short Notes box, if required.

Click Finish.

You can create notes/comments the same way by clicking File > New > Collaboration > Note/Comment.

You can create a picture or note/comment object by right-clicking the document, and clicking Create CLLB.
