Edit Microsoft Excel security settings for data sheets and data lists - SmartPlant Foundation - IM Update 48 - Help - Hexagon

Excel macros control the edit session in SmartPlant Foundation data sheets and data lists.

1. Open the data sheet or data list in Microsoft Excel.

2. Click Options on the Security Warning message bar.

3. Ensure that the File Path is the location where your Excel files or templates are stored.

   

   • If you are generating instrument data sheets or instrument indexes, the path is ...\Local Settings\Temp\SPFDatasheet.

   • If you are generating equipment data sheets, the Excel files are in the Enhanced Data Sheets folder.

4. Select Enable this content.
