Click Find > Administration > Method.

Find the SPXDossierCurrentPDF method, right-click, and click Update.

In the Update – Current Documents dialog box, select the Include watermarks in PDFs check box.

In the Watermark name box, type the name of the configured watermark, and click OK. For more information on creating a watermark, see Create a new watermark.

You can update the SPXDossierCurrentWorkingPDF method to include a watermark in the PDF generated for Current and Working documents.

If you generate PDFs for all files individually prior to generating a single merged PDF for a dossier, the watermark set on the dossier takes precedence over and replace any watermarks set on individual files.
