You can perform two types of searches in the Desktop Client: queries and quick finds.
If you install the Full-Text Retrieval (FTR) components, you can also search for documents using FTR (Full-Text Retrieval).
Use must FTR if you want to search for an object using a property that contains a
long string (more than 4000 characters).
