Unable to change default publish and retrieve settings - SmartPlant Foundation - IM Update 48 - Help - Hexagon

Problem

When publishing and retrieving, you cannot override the default publish or retrieve settings. This problem occurs even when logged on as the user Superuser.

Solution

The logged-on user must be associated with the SmartPlantAdminIntegrator role. By default the SmartPlantAdminIntegrator role is not associated with any user, including Superuser.
