Set the controlling recipient for a transmittal - SmartPlant Foundation - IM Update 48 - Help - Hexagon

Right-click the transmittal, and click Edit > Set Controlling Recipient.

Select the user name of the controlling recipient from the list of recipients associated with the transmittal.
