After you complete a workflow step, you can add a condition in the E-mail body text box to send information in an email from the last interactive workflow step to the next interactive workflow step. This condition navigates across any previous process steps to locate the last interactive step comments.
You can send the comments from the last interactive workflow step by adding the condition &Obj.=LastInteractiveStepComment& to the Comments or Message area in the E-mail body text box of the SignOffStepTask dialog box.
