Use the following steps to view the tag registers attached to a register document:

Click Find > MTR > Register Documents.

In the search results, right-click the register document and select File > Show all files to view all tag registers.

Right-click the tag register, and click View Native or View and Markup.
If the selected register type is Full or Incremental only and the show change status column is selected, the generated Microsoft Excel file tag register displays the modified
property values of tags in bold. You can view the data that has changed since the
older version used in the comparison as a comment when you pause the mouse on the
current value in a tag register (Microsoft Excel file).

You can also view tag registers using View Native
or View and Markup 
on the toolbar.

SmartPlant Markup Plus must be installed on your client computer to view the tag registers using the View and Markup command.

You can also right-click the register document and select File > View Native to view tag register.
