The Run Report command allows you to run an existing report and view the results. This command is available when you right-click a report.

Click Find > Reports.

In the Find Reports dialog box, type the report name or type "*", and click OK.

In the List View, right-click the selected report, and click Run Report. Depending on the type of report, and how the report is configured, the result is displayed. For example, you can run the SPO Document Revision Report to view all revisions of a related unpublished document. To view the report, right-click the document, and click Document > SPO Document Revision Report. The document revision report for all revisions of the selected unpublished document is displayed in the XHTML format. To view a report of all revisions of a related published document, right-click the published document, and click Document > Document Revision Report.
The items displayed are based on the report template that you selected. The report
template includes a view definition and a Microsoft Excel file. The view definition
determines what objects, relationships, and properties are to be included in the report.
The Microsoft Excel file specifies the layout of the report. You can configure report
template as per your requirements.
