View the status of scheduled register generation tasks - SmartPlant Foundation - IM Update 48 - Help - Hexagon

1. To monitor the scheduled task, click Query > Schedule Tasks, or click Query for Scheduled Tasks on the tool bar.

2. Provide the required information to find your scheduled task, and click Finish.

• If the generation of a tag register is successful, the scheduled task status is Processed. If the generation of a tag register failed, the scheduled task status is Failed. To view the error details, right-click the task in the list view and click Task > Show Task Failure.

• When a scheduled task is complete, whether the task was successful or fails, the system generates a notification that can be viewed in the List of Notifications window.

• Recurring scheduled tasks are always in the Ready state until they start processing.

• The recurring scheduled tasks can be stopped and restarted using the Stop and ReStart commands on the right-click menu of the scheduler task. When the recurring scheduled task is stopped, the value of the Is Locked column is True and the recurring tasks will no longer run. When the recurring scheduled task is restarted, the value of the Is Locked column is False and the recurring task starts again.

You can select the recurring scheduled task that you want to restart or stop, and click ReStart and Stop on the toolbar.
