Problem
An error occurs while editing data reader patterns and running database domain discovery tasks when:

The SDAFacilityBreakdownItem class definition is used to create the data reader pattern.

The SDADisciplineOwningGroup relationship definition is mapped to a column in the data reader pattern.
Solution
The SDAFacilityBreakdownItem schema component and the SDADisciplineOwningGroup relationship definition are removed from the schema in SmartPlant Fusion 2016 R2. To resolve this:

Checkout the data reader pattern, and update the mapping to these new class definitions: SDAArea, SDASystem, and SDAUnit.

Remove the SDADisciplineOwningGroup relationship definition mapping from the data reader pattern.
Alternatively, you can create new data reader patterns instead of using the data reader patterns that use the SDAFacilityBreakdownItem and SDADisciplineOwningGroup mappings.
