Allows you to create or modify the plan details for a workpack.

This tab is accessible from the following dialog boxes:

Plan Start - Specifies the planned start date of the workpack.

The Plan Start and Plan End fields are required if you set the workpack to active by checking the Active check box on the Workpack Details tab.

Plan End - Specifies the planned end date of the workpack.

Float Start - Indicates the date by which the plan must be started, including any available buffer or slip time.

The Float Start and Float End dates may be outside the defined Plan Start and Plan End dates.

Float End - Indicates the date by which the plan must be ended, including any available buffer or slip time.

Construction Start - Indicates the date on which construction is scheduled to begin.

The Construction Start and Construction End dates must be within the defined Plan Start and Plan End dates.

Construction End - Indicates the date by which construction should be complete.

Replan Start - If necessary, enter a revised plan start date in this field rather than changing the original date entered for that value.

  • The Replan Start, Replan End, Construction Replan Start, and Construction Replan End fields are active only if a replan that affects this workpack has been initiated.

  • The Replan Start and Replan End dates are required when the workpack is in Replan mode, as indicated by a check in the In Replan mode check box.

Replan End - If in replan mode, enter a revised plan end date in this field rather than changing the original date entered for that value.

Construction Replan Start - If necessary, provide a revised construction start date in this field.

Construction Replan End - If necessary, enter a revised construction end date in this field rather than changing the original date entered for that value.

Budget - Indicates the original budget of man hours allocated to completing the workpack.

You must enter the Budget man hours, or information about this workpack will not appear when you view progress for this configuration.

Unapproved - Indicates the changes that were made to the scope of the work (man hours needed to complete the task) that have not yet been approved.

To be Approved - Indicate the number of additional man hours that have been approved for this project. The number you enter here is subtracted from the value in the To be Approved field and added to the Approved field.

Approved - Indicates the changes that were made to the scope of the work (man hours needed to complete the task) that have already been approved.

Current - Displays the accumulated man hours derived from the sum of the budgeted hours and the approved hours. You cannot edit this field.
