Find the deliverable for which you want to update the progress.

Right-click on the deliverable, and click Update Progress.

On the Details tab of the Update Progress dialog box, review the information in the Progress section, and update it as necessary.
The Last updated field indicates the date on which the displayed data was generated. Run a manual
rollup to recalculate that data with the latest available.

In the Man hours section, update the number of man hours that have been budgeted for the completion of this deliverable or the number of man hours that will be required to complete it.

On the Steps tab, review the dates and statuses provided for each step defined for the workpack. Provide or modify dates as necessary.
Actual dates can be the current or a previous date. You cannot enter a future date
in an actual field.
