You must create a unit in the SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client in which you want to create tags. The unit will be available in the SmartPlant Master Tag Registry to use. Create a unit named, 10.

In the Desktop Client, click File > New > Organization / Support Items > Unit.

In the New Unit dialog box, enter a name for the unit as 10 in the Name box.

In the Functional area box, select an area for the unit.
If there is only one area available in the active configuration, the unit is created
in that area.

Click Apply or Finish to create the unit. The new unit appears in the New Items window.
