The ConfirmImplementedClosed step appears in the To Do List for the RRM Coordinator assigned to this step in the workflow.
As a RRM Coordinator, you need to confirm the implementation of the RRM.
When this step is complete, you must right-click the step in your To Do List, and click Action > Completed, and then type any comments for the step or messages to the recipients of the next step.
The ConfirmImplementedClosed step is then removed from your To Do List.

The users assigned to the Evaluate, Recommend, and Approve steps can reject or approve the work done in the previous step. They can also reassign the step to another user or role. To reject the previous step, right-click the step in the To Do List, and click Action > Reject, and then type any comments for the step or messages to the recipient.

To reassign a step to another user or role, click Action > Reassign.

The users assigned to Review, Consolidate Comments, and ConfirmImplementedClosed steps can only reassign the step to another user or role. They cannot reject the step.

If an Information step appears in a user's To Do List, the user is required to acknowledge this step by right-clicking the step, and clicking Action > Completed.
