What happens when you reject a workflow? The following occurs when you reject a workflow: The workflow history for the object is maintained. All uncompleted steps in the workflow for the selected object are set to Rejected. The object's workflow status is set to Completed. All remaining steps are removed from the To Do List for all users. Right-click an object, and click Workflow > Reject Workflow. Type any comments in the Enter comments box, and click OK.
