You can export the information in a mergeable item summary or a merge structure summary to Microsoft Excel using two commands:

Export to Excel - exports the merge summary information into a report, which opens directly into Microsoft Excel and includes the types of items and quantities that changed in the configuration.

Export Full Report - exports the summary information into a full report that includes the types of items, quantities, classes, properties, values, and relationship information that changed at the configuration.

When you use Export Full Report, the report is exported asynchronously in the background because exporting the extra property information for large projects can take a long time. To see the export progress of a full report, a notification object is created in the Notifications List window, which can be refreshed to view the report's export progress.

When the export of the full report is complete, you can view the report in Microsoft Excel by right-clicking on the notification object in the Notifications List window, and on the shortcut menu, click View Native.
