In Setup > Select a View Definition page, click the name of the view definition for the report from the list.

You must select the view definition to be used for the basis of the report, which
displays the properties you want to report against. A default view definition list
is supplied with the installation of SmartPlant Foundation, such as Document List or Instrument List. However, you can define your own new view
definitions as required using the Schema Editor. For more information, see SmartPlant Schema Editor Overview.
