The Managed Data Tasks module transfers existing documents from the staging domain to the approval domain (Facility Data Warehouse). It allows you to create a new managed data task and the associated tags and documents. You can also alter the revision schemes for documents, and validate documents or tags before transferring data to the Facility Data Warehouse. The results of the validation and export process will be available as reports.
You can create work packages that can be transferred to the Facility Data Warehouse using the managed data tasks. Work packages might contain only documents to be transferred when the staging domain and approval domain are on the same site.
Documents, tags, and other business objects to be transferred using Data Validator when the staging domain and approval domain are on different sites.
