Problem
After installing SmartPlant Foundation Update 25, the following error occurs when trying to browse the SmartPlant Foundation File Service:
"Server Error in '/<Sitename>FileService' Application
Could not load file or assembly PDFNet or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format."
Cause
This error occurs after installing SmartPlant Foundation Update 25, if the "Visual C++ 2013 x86 redistributable" package is not installed in the File service machine.
Solution
To avoid this error, we recommend installing the "Visual C++ 2013 x86 redistributable" package before installing the Update 25 of SmartPlant Foundation. For more information, see SmartPlant Foundation Application Server platform recommendations.
