The system allows for the rolling up of progress on an ad hoc basis. This allows project implementations to calculate rolled up progress for specified reporting levels.
Ad hoc progress calculations are based upon the current progress figures for specified deliverables. That is, the progress figures for the specified deliverables will not be recalculated.
A server API called ProgressAdhocReport is provided for use by project implementations. The API will expect as input xml that lists progress items in their desired levels and will output xml containing the results.
