When should I create an outgoing transmittal?

1. Click File > New > Transmittals > Outgoing Transmittal.

2. In the New Outgoing Transmittal dialog box, in the Outgoing transmittal details section, select a value from the Document type and Company lists.

3. In the To details section, select a value from the To organization list.

4. In the Owning group section, select a value from the Item owning group list.

5. In the From details section, select a value from the From internal organization list.

6. Type the required information, and click Finish.
