The History command allows you to display the publish and retrieve history of a document. The command provides information such as when a document has been published and by whom, when a document has been retrieved and by whom, and into what tool.

Right-click the document for which you want to display the publish and retrieve history.

Click History on the shortcut menu.

Review the history of the document.
