This procedure enables you to sort columns and their values on a Document Type tab in the To Do List.

Click SmartPlant > To Do List.

Select a Document Type tab.

Do one of the following:

To move a column to a different position in the tab, for example the Source Application column to the first column in the tab, select the column header and drag it to the position you want.

To sort the values within a column, select in the header of the column.

The changes are returned to their default settings when you select Refresh or close the To Do List.

You can also sort the Details tab of the Task Properties this way.
