This dialog enables you to include references to various documents in title blocks of loop and hook-up drawings. For loops, the references affect both CAD loop drawings and drawings generated by the Enhanced Report Utility. In the title block of a report that you generate, the software sorts the document numbers by name and displays them in ascending order.

When you select a loop number and open this dialog, you can also view a document reference to a P&ID drawing and document references to reports generated in the Wiring module, provided that you have selected the Display references to wiring reports automatically check box on the Loop Drawings > General page of the Preferences dialog.

The dialog displays the available reference names and descriptions for the current loop drawing. The fields in this window are view only. To edit the fields, select the required reference and select Properties. You cannot edit or delete P&ID drawing references or change the name of a wiring report reference.

PPM All Outputs Graphic

The displayed document reference is the document number you associated with the wiring report in the Revisions dialog. For a reference that you select, you can select Properties to view the specified properties.
