The Note Editor enables you to edit the note text for note templates and notes used in binder packages.
To open the Note Editor, select a note, and select Actions > Open.
Work Area
The region where you edit the note text.
Template / Form Note / General Note
The name of the note that appears in the tree view under the appropriate folder. In the case of form notes, this name must be unique for the particular binder package.
Description
A meaningful description for the note. This description appears in the Description column for the note, displayed in the right pane of the window when you select the Form Notes folder or the General Notes folder on the tree view.
(Note text)
Type the required text information in this field. You can copy text from other text editors or word processing applications, such as Notepad or Microsoft Word. However, any formatting in the original document is lost when you paste the text into this field.
Do not paste graphics images into the editor as this may cause problems in the file
at a later stage.
