This dialog displays the results of an intrinsic safety calculation for a given circuit type. You can determine the units of measure in which Smart Instrumentation displays the results in this dialog.
To open this dialog, in the Wiring module, select Actions > Intrinsic Safety, enter a circuit type, and on the Intrinsically Safe Data Input dialog, select Calculate.

Change the units of measure
Changing units of measure displays the current calculation according to the new units of measure, and sets the units of measure for future calculations. Note that this does not influence the units of measure displayed in Intrinsically Safe Circuit Reports, which are determined by your settings on the Intrinsically Safe Data Input dialog.
