This dialog enables you to customize the options of the Repair Action list in the Repair Form window, Create New Schedule dialog, and Work Activity Details window. Repair actions are entered when a preventive maintenance activity result is Failed and when entering Repair Form values for a malfunctioning instrument.
You open this dialog from the main window of the Maintenance module — Maintenance Activities Summary. Select Tables > Repair Actions.
Find action
Use this field to find a record in the data window. Type the item you want to find and the software selects the record in the data window below.
Data Window
The editable data window displays the repair actions and their descriptions. Select a value that you want to edit, or select New to add a new data row.
Name
Type the required repair action name.
Description
Type an appropriate repair action description.
New
Inserts a new row where you can type the required values.
Delete
Deletes the selected row.
