The options on this dialog enable you to select one or more revisions of archived reports. The software can display standard or enhanced reports. Enhanced reports open in the Enhanced Report Utility. You can display enhanced reports for any item type that supports them, for example, a Panel- Strip enhanced report. Note that only report revisions that you previously archived are available for selection.
Item
Displays the name of the current item for which you want to select revisions. If you select more than one item, you can navigate between them using the Previous and Next commands.
Report type
Allows you to select the report type to display where more than one report type is available for the current item.
Report style
Allows you to select the report style (if available) to display where more than one report style is available for the selected report type.

Revision
This column indicates the revision number according to the revision sequencing method selected for the particular report (P0, P1, P2...; A, B, C...; 0, 1, 2...).
Document Number
This column displays the number of the document or drawing related to the generated report (.dwg file). This is the number displayed in the title block field DWG NO.
Date and Time
This column displays the date and time at which the revision was associated with the report.
Revision Storage
This column displays the archiving option used when saving the displayed report revision. The Domain Administrator defines an archiving option for each report.
Select all
Selects all the available revisions to be generated in the Enhanced Report Utility.
If you select to generate all the available archived reports, remember that you need
to toggle between each drawing by selecting the required drawing from the Window menu.
Filter
Revision
Type the number of the revision you require, the software will highlight the revision. You must type the full revision number.
Activate
Select to display only the revision specified in the Revision text box. All other revisions are hidden from view.
