After setting the default units of measure for the current unit in the Units of Measure and Accuracy dialog box, you can select the default unit of measure for Differential Pressure (DP instrument).

Open the pressure instrument process data sheet.

From the Pressure type list, select Differential Pressure.
The Pressure property label changes to Differential pressure.
From the unit of measure flag lists throughout the process data sheet, you can select
the Differential unit of measure flag.

Under PROPERTIES and ADDITIONAL PROPERTIES, enter the appropriate process data values.

Under ALARM, define the alarm and trip settings as needed.
