Use this dialog to save binder packages on which you made revisions. You have the following options of data format:

Save to the database, in which case the software compresses the data automatically.

Save to a file in .zip format.

Save to a file in .psr format.
To open this dialog, on the Actions menu select Manage Revisions.
(Data Window)
Displays the name of the binder package, the revision number, and the storage format. Select entries for inclusion in revision data storage.
Binder Package
Displays the name of the binder package in which you made the revision. The same binder package can appear in several lines; each line corresponds to a particular revision.
Binder Package Type
Indicates whether the binder package is a Specification Binder or General Document Binder.
Revision
Displays the revision number.
Revision Storage
Displays the last method of storage used for the revision — .psr file, .zip file, or database.
Find
In the data window, find revisions of a specific binder package.
Binder package
To go to the first occurrence of a revision of a binder package, type its name (case sensitive). The software accesses the record dynamically as you type.
Match case
Select this check box to match the case of the Specification Binder package name as typed.
Revisions filter
In the text box, type the number of the revision that the software uses to filter the records displayed in the data window.
Apply
Select to apply the revision filter to the data. Clear to display all revisions in the data window.
Convert revisions to
Select a format for saving revisions. The options are
PSR files
Save each revision as an separate .psr file in the location specified in the Administration module.
ZIP file
Save all the selected revisions as a single external .zip file in the location specified in the Administration module.
Database
Save the revision to the Smart Instrumentation database, compressed to save disk space.
Select all
Select this check box to select all the records displayed in the data base for inclusion in revision storage.
Convert
Begins the conversion process. The software does not allow you to convert a locked package. For details see Add a Revision to a Binder Package.
