When publishing or retrieving documents in an integrated environment the software creates a To Do List that contains a series of tasks that the software must implement to bring the plant data into agreement with the latest retrieved information. After selecting the tasks you want the software to implement and selecting Run, the software processes the selected tasks.

The task Marked for Deletion, unlike Create, Update, or Delete is not a command to be run from the To Do List. Instead it is used as a marker highlighting items in the To Do List that the software considers candidates for deletion. It is up to you to decide if you want to change the task type from Marked for Deletion to Delete for each item. You can change the task type in one of two ways:

  1. For a single item, in the To Do List Task Properties dialog, from the Type list select Delete.

  2. For two or more items, select the Marked for Deletion items you want to change to Delete and from the tool bar select MarkedForDeletion.

  • Marked for deletion is only available after you have chosen to activate it from the Preferences. For more information; see Activate Marked for Deletion in the To Do List.

  • You can only change the status Delete back to Marked for Deletion providing you have not run the tasks in the To Do List. This can be done, one item at a time, from the To Do List Task Properties dialog.
