The options in this dialog enable you to select two existing report revisions of the currently previewed report and compare between two existing archived reports.
Compare
This data window displays a list of all existing report revisions of a report you are currently previewing in the Print Preview window. Select the required archived report to compare with the selected archived report in the With data window below.
Revision
This column indicates the revision number according to the revision sequencing method selected for the particular report (P0, P1, P2...; A, B, C...; 0, 1, 2...).
Drawing Name
This column displays the number of the drawing related to the generated report (.dwg file). This is the number that appears in the title block field DWG NO.
Date and Time
This column displays the date and time at which the revision was associated with the report.
Revision Storage
This column displays the archiving option used when saving the displayed report revision. The Domain Administrator defines an archiving option for each report.
Revision filter
If you know the number of a specific revision you want to locate, clear the Activate check box and type the number of the revision. You must type the full revision number.
Activate
Select this check box to display only the revision specified in the Revision filter text box.
With
This data window displays a list of all existing report revisions of a report you are currently previewing in the Print Preview window. This is the same as the list that appears in the Compare data window. Highlight the required archived report to compare with the selected archived report in the Compare data window above.
OK
Compares the archived reports associated with the two selected report revisions and generates a changes report.
