Use this dialog to update in the SmartPlant Instrumentation database paths for existing hook-up drawings and block files. You can update paths globally for block files associated hook-ups, for border and logo blocks files, and for generated hook-up drawings. The paths that you specify do not overwrite the default paths specified for new block files and output drawings on File Locations page of the Preferences dialog.

Global path

Displays the global path set for existing hook-up drawings and block files.

Path for block files associated with tag numbers

Apply to blocks in the domain

Enables you to apply the new path to all the highest plant hierarchy items in the current domain. This option is only available when the domain type is Engineering company.

Apply to blocks in the project

Enables you to apply the new path to all the highest plant hierarchy items in the current project. This option is only available in an owner operator domain.

Apply to blocks in the current <plant> only

Enables you to apply the new path to the current highest plant hierarchy item only.

Path

Type the full path to the folder where your block files are located or select Browse to navigate to the required folder.

Path for generated hook-up drawings

Apply to drawings in the domain

Enables you to apply the new path to all the <plants> in the current domain. This option is only available when the domain type is Engineering company.

Apply to drawings in the project

Enables you to apply the new path to all the <plants> in the current project. This option is only available when the domain type is Owner operator.

Apply to drawings in the current <plant> only

Enables you to apply the new path to the current highest plant hierarchy item only.

Path

Type the full path to the folder where your generated CAD drawings are located or select Browse to navigate to the required folder.
