Use this option to generate process data sheet for a Functional Requirement tag in the EDE or the Domain Explorer.
EDE

On the open query, locate the required Functional Requirement tag in the Instrument Name column.

Right-click on the Functional Requirement tag and from the shortcut menu select Generate a Process Data Sheet.

On the Results dialog box, check the generation notes and then click Close.
Domain Explorer

Open the Functional Requirement folder and locate the functional requirement you want to generate a specification form.

Right-click on the Functional Requirement tag and from the shortcut menu select Generate a Process Data Sheet.

On the Results dialog box, check the generation notes and then click Close.
