To access this dialog, select PTDL Scope History (History Scopes), from the Project To Do List - History toolbar.

You use this dialog to view a history of all the previously scoped items in your As-Built, Project Center, or Projects. The information in this dialog can be filtered, sorted and selected for viewing in the Buffer. You can either single select or multi-select items (hold the Ctrl key for multi-select).

The OK button turns active only after a selection is made.

Search

Type your search criteria in the box to search for the items, and press enter. The grid filters out those items that do not match the search criteria.

Grid View:

The grid view displays the results of your selection in a grid format. Each column represents an attribute, and each row represents a scope.

The following information is displayed in the grid view:

Type Description

Description of the item, for example: cable, terminal or cabinet.

Root Item Name

Name of a parent item that has been claimed/merged in the As-Built, Project Center, or Project.

Source Project

The original location of the scoped items.

Target Project

The location of the scoped items after they were copied.

Copy Date

The date the Item was copied to the Project.

Copy Status

The result of the scoping action: Success.

  • A maximum number of 100 rows is displayed per page, use the Page controls at the bottom of the grid to move between pages.

  • Any layout changes made to a query, are not saved when you close the dialog

You can also:

  • Apply individual filters to each column. Select EDE Complex Filter in the column header and select the criteria from the available filters.

  • Sort the values in individual columns by selecting on the column header.

  • Group the results by dragging a column header to the Group area. For example, to group the properties by Root Item Name, you would drag the Root Item Name column header to the Group area just above the column headers.

  • Rearrange the column order by dragging and repositioning columns within the grid.
