Select SmartPlant > Find Documents to Publish.

This command is available only if you have registered the active plant using the SmartPlant Registration Wizard.

This feature is also available by selecting Find
on the Publish dialog.

The Find Documents to Publish command determines which documents need to be published or re-published and displays the results on the Find Documents to Publish dialog.

From the Select documents to publish list on the Find Documents to Publish dialog, select the check box beside the documents that you want to publish.
You can quickly select the entire list by selecting Select All, or you can clear the entire list by selecting Clear All.

Select OK to accept the selections. The documents you selected to publish now appear in the Documents to Publish list on the Publish dialog, and are ready to be published.
The lists displayed on the Find Documents to Publish dialog are compiled at the time indicated in the Last search performed box. You can update the lists by selecting Update, but this process can be time-consuming, depending on whether you are running the
applications in synchronous or asynchronous mode.
