There are four code tables that you can use to specify your own set of values that you can use for classifying your calibration results: Action Codes, Damage Codes, Diagnostic Codes, and Result Codes. After you define your own codes in each of these tables, the values become available for selection on the Standard Data Entry calibration form or on any customized calibration form where you choose to display the codes.

There are three predefined result codes: Passed, Failed, and None that you cannot edit or delete from the database. These values do not appear in the Result Codes dialog. An additional value, Bad Result, is also available when editing history results.

  1. In the Calibration Data Entry window, on the Tables menu, select the required code table.

  2. On the dialog that opens, do one of the following:

    • Select New to add a new value.

    • Highlight an existing value.

  3. Type the required code and its description in the appropriate columns.
