This dialog allows you to import system and unit of measure codes adapted for use with Smart Instrumentation. You import this data from an ASCII file that was created using the Export Codes dialog.
Note that you can import from the same file both the system codes and the unit of measure codes or just one of them, depending on whether these codes exist in the ASCII file you are going to use. Note this file has the cds extension.
To access this dialog, select Codes > Import Codes.
File
Type the ASCII filename and its full path if you know it. If you do not know it, select Browse to navigate to the required file. The file must have the .cds extension.
Import data
Depending on the source ASCII file content, select for import one of the following options: only system codes, only unit of measure codes, both system codes and unit of measure codes.
