The following commands are available when the Calibration Data Entry window is open.

Actions > Edit Tag Settings

Opens the Tag Calibration Settings Window for the selected instrument tag.

Actions > Show Calibration History

Opens the Calibration History Window, from which you can view the calibration history per tag. The calibration history data includes settings and calibration results.

Save Icon 16bit Actions > Save

Saves the calibration data for the current tag.

Actions > Save As

Allows you to save the current calibration data as an external file in different available formats.

PPM All Outputs Graphic Actions > Refresh

Refreshes the displayed data.

PPM All Outputs Graphic Actions > Tag List

Opens the Tag List pop-up window that displays the list of the selected instrument tags and allows you to select tags for calibration data entry.

Previous icon 16bit Actions > Previous Tag

Displays the calibration data for the previous instrument in the tag list.

Next icon 16bit Actions > Next Tag

Displays the calibration data for the next instrument in the tag list.

Print Icon 16bit Actions > Print

Allows you to print the current calibration data entry form.

Actions > Select Calibration Profile

Allows you to select a different calibration profile or the current settings to use for the data entry.

Actions > Associate Documents

Allows you to select and associate with the current calibration record an external document such as a Word document or Excel spreadsheet containing additional information.

Options > Loop Error

If you calibrated all the loop tags for loop error calculation, select this option to select the calculation method (if not specified under Preferences > Calibration and Maintenance > General) and start the actual calculation. If you did not calibrate all the pertinent tags, a message is displayed with the list of the tags that are not yet calibrated.

PPM All Outputs Graphic Options > Show Alarm / Trip Summary

Displays the Alarm / Trip Points Summary Window which shows existing process data range values for the current instrument tag.

Reports menu

Allows you to access options for displaying various calibration reports.

Tables > Result Codes

Allows you to customize calibration result codes.

Tables > Action Codes

Allows you to customize calibration action codes.

Tables > Diagnostic Codes

Allows you to customize calibration diagnostic codes.

Tables > Damage Codes

Allows you to customize calibration damage codes
