On the Specifications Module window menu bar, select Reports > Spec Form Field Report - Per Field > Selected Field Name.

On the Select Field Name dialog, select the required data field and select OK.
If the list of data fields is long, start typing a field name in the Find box and the software selects the field name automatically as you type.

Select OK and then, if prompted to preview the report, select Yes to open the report print preview, or No to print the report without opening the print preview.
