The following commands are used when working in the Work Request window.
Actions > Tag List
Toggles the display of the Selected Tags pop-up window.
Actions > Repair Form
Opens the Repair Form dialog that allows you to issue a new repair form for the current malfunction. Note that this button is not available if you opened the Work Request dialog from the Maintenance module, or launched from the menubar under Actions. Note that you also need the appropriate access rights to open the Repair Form dialog.
Actions > Next
Displays the next instrument (available only if you selected more than one maintenance record.)
Actions > Previous
Select to display the previous instrument (available only if you selected more than one maintenance record.)
Actions > Save
Saves this work request.
Reports > Scheduled Preventative Maintenance
Opens a dialog where you can select the date range and data level, of the selected report, for printing.
Reports > Summary of Failure Reason
Opens a dialog where you can select the date range and data level, of the selected report, for printing.
Reports > Summary of Repair Action
Opens a dialog where you can select the date range and data level, of the selected report, for printing.
Reports > Summary of Outcome
Opens a dialog where you can select the date range and data level, of the selected report, for printing.
Reports > Repair Details
Opens a dialog where you can select the date range and data level, of the selected report, for printing.
Tables > Typical Instruments
Customizes the options in the Typical Instrument list in the Repair Form, Preventive Maintenance Activities, and Work Request dialog boxes.
Tables > Work Request Reasons
Customizes the options in the Work Request Reason list in the Work Request and Repair Form dialog boxes.
