This dialog displays statistics and revision data of a Binder Package, and allows you to create and edit the name, description, and other general properties of the Specification Binder package. The Revisions tab folder displays the names, descriptions, and details of the revisions for the selected Specification Binder package.
Note that in order to add or modify revision data, you need to access the Revisions dialog using the shortcut menu Revisions command.
To access this tab folder, in the left pane of the Document Binder window, right-click a Specification Binder package, and on the shortcut menu, select Properties. In the Specification Binder Properties dialog, select the Revisions tab.
Revision
Displays the number of the revision.
Description
Displays a description of the revision.
Date
Displays the date on which the revision was created.
Created By
Displays the name or initials of the person who created the revision.
Checked By
Displays the name or initials of the person who checked the revision.
Approved By
Displays the name or initials of the person authorized to approve the revision.
Signed By
Displays the name or initials of the person authorized to sign the revision.
