The following commands are used when working with the Form Data Template Editor.

Actions > Open Form Data Template

Opens a dialog where you can select a form and open an existing form data template or create a new template for that form.

Save Icon 16bit Actions > Save

Saves changes to the current form data template.

Actions > Save As

Saves the current form data template as an external file.

Actions > Copy from Template

Copies the data from a specification that you select to the current form data template. Note that the software copies data according to the preferences set under Data copying options, on the Specifications> General page of the Preferences dialog.

Actions > Copy from Specification

Opens a dialog where you can change the name of the currently open form data template by changing the document number string. The document number string displayed in the title block corresponds to the form data template name.

PPM All Outputs Graphic Actions > Change Template Name

Opens a dialog where you can change the document number of the currently open form data template. This number is displayed in the title block and corresponds to the name of the form data template. By changing the document number string, you automatically change the form data template name.

PPM All Outputs Graphic Actions > Expand Notes

Displays the Notes page of the displayed form data template (available when the data page is active).

Print Icon 16bit Actions > Print

Prints the current form data template.

PPM All Outputs Graphic Actions > Refresh

Refreshes the display of data on the screen.

Options > History Options

Opens a dialog to set specification history indication. History indication is only possible if the System Administrator has enabled audit trail functionality in your domain.

Options > Mark Changes

Marks the changes in the current specification for the dates you selected in the History Options dialog. This option is available only if the System Administrator has enabled the use of audit trail options in the current domain. Enabling this option disables the Compare function available in the print preview.
